GENERAL:

1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws concerning the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

3. Shipping costs for product delivery will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning this situation and refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

7. If the buyer does not pay the product price or cancels it in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:

8. After the product is delivered, if it is found that the credit card used for payment has been unfairly used by unauthorized persons and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.

IF PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

9. If the seller encounters force majeure beyond its control and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, cash payments will be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation. For credit card payments, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

10. Before receiving the contracted goods/services, the buyer must inspect and refuse to accept products that are damaged such as dented, broken, torn packaging, or defective from the shipping company. Accepted goods/services are considered to be intact. After delivery, the buyer must carefully protect the product. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the product/service must not be used. The product must be returned together with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without any legal or penal liability and without any reason by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or to the person/organization at the address given, provided that notice is made to the seller using the following contact information.

13. If the purchase is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. Withdrawal rights cannot be exercised for service contracts where the consumer has approved and the service has begun before the expiration of this period. Notifications about withdrawal rights are provided in the Distance Contracts and Cancellation Conditions, and the buyer places the order being aware of these conditions.

14. Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

15. To use the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller by registered mail with return receipt, fax, e-mail, or any written method specified by the seller within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must be unused according to the provisions regarding "Products for which Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" detailed in this contract.

USING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

16. The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the buyer (if the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns for orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

17. The return form, the box, packaging, and standard accessories of the product must be delivered complete and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

18. After receiving the withdrawal notification, the seller must refund the total amount and any documents that oblige the buyer within at most 10 days and take back the goods within 20 days.

19. If there is a reduction in the value of the goods or return is made impossible due to the fault of the buyer, the buyer is liable to compensate the seller accordingly. However, the buyer is not responsible for any changes or deterioration resulting from proper use within the withdrawal period.

20. If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the promotion limit to fall below the applicable amount, the discount benefit obtained in the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

21. Products made per buyer’s personal requests or needs that are non-returnable, underwear, swimsuit bottoms, makeup, disposable items, perishable or likely to expire goods, products unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery, products mixed with others and indivisible by nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines except subscription contracts, electronic services performed instantly or intangible goods delivered immediately, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables whose packaging was opened by the buyer cannot be returned according to the Regulation. Also, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.

22. Cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, tapes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, unused, untested, and intact.

23. According to the Distance Contracts Regulation, products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used include:

• Contracts for goods made per consumer requests or personal needs.

• Contracts for delivery of perishable or potentially expiring goods.

• Contracts for goods whose protective seals like packaging, tape, seal are opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene.

• Contracts for goods mixed with others and indivisible after delivery.

• Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in material form whose protective seals are opened after delivery.

• Contracts for accommodation, transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or period.

• Contracts for electronic services performed instantly or intangible goods delivered immediately.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

24. If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they accept and declare to pay interest according to the credit card agreement with the card issuing bank and be responsible to the bank. The bank may take legal action and claim expenses and attorney fees from the buyer. In any case of default, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for any damages arising from the delayed payment.
